For over 30 years, Elmer CPA has been helping individuals and businesses of all sizes manage their accounting, file their taxes, and plan for the future. With over 40 years of combined experience in a variety of industries, Elmer CPA is here to help YOU with your business needs.

Since starting his accounting career in 1985, Robert (Bob) has worked with businesses of all sizes throughout all stages of the business lifecycle, and has worked with individuals ranging from filing their first tax return, to filing their final tax return and handling trusts and estate planning. After graduating with a degree from Arizona State University, Bob has been licensed as a CPA since 1988 and has been the Principal of Elmer CPA since its creation in 1991.

Jacob (Jake) started in accounting in 2015 and has worked with a variety of clients, from closely held businesses up through publicly held companies and everywhere in between. Before becoming licensed as a CPA in 2020, Jake received his Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Arizona State University in 2018, and a Master's degree in accounting from the University of Massachusetts in 2019.
